The hotel's location was GREAT and unbeatable close to everything you may need. It was also not far from the town centre of Avoca, the local shops and local bars. Our rooms were wonderful and immaculate, with a large bathroom. The service was fantastic. We received ironing for free, a nice bonus.

Exceptional Service and Comfortable Stay

My recent experience was truly enhanced by the warm hospitality of the owner, who graciously accommodated our early arrival and even upgraded our room. the property itself was clean, cosy, and provided a great atmosphere to relax after exploring the local attractions, including the notable Silo art. While the communal breakfast area was closed due to restrictions, I found a lovely café nearby that served my morning cravings perfectly. I would have appreciated having some plates and cutlery available in the room for a more convenient breakfast experience.

Very friendly and clean motel room. Had a noise issue Saturday night and the owner had no issue of sorting this out for me, which was amazing because I had to travel back home the next day. Offered a late check out the next morning not extra cost.

The staff here were friendly and really attentive, making our stay pleasant. the location is fantastic, with plenty of great places to eat nearby. Plus, it's close to local shops, pubs, restaurants, and hotels. 🍽️.

My stay at Avoca Motel was incredibly relaxing during my visit to the Pyrenees wine region. the historic-style building features updated rooms, complete with a large, very comfortable bed, a long couch, and a cozy mattress. the price was reasonable at $185. the location is fantastic, set in a peaceful area close to the supermarket, shops, dining options, and pubs. the staff were very accommodating and ready to assist with anything I needed.

Comfortable Stay with Great Water Pressure

I really enjoyed my time here— the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the lovely garden seating area to soak up the sun. I think the addition of plates and cutlery would enhance the DIY breakfast experience, as well as some regular maintenance in the shared areas.

This place has an absolutely perfect location right by the river and has a nice family-friendly vibe. the units come with a spacious bathroom, which is a big plus! 🌊.

Breakfast was included, and the hosts were very friendly. The clean and comfortable room had a fridge and microwave. The location was great for exploring the region. It was a perfect base for my family's New Year celebration. We enjoyed the surprise of a nice breakfast, and the spacious room was ideal for us.

No soap in the bathroom was a negative point. We also missed having an iron and ironing board.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to places of interest. the lady at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, providing a bottle of wine and a refund upon our arrival. the room was comfortable and clean, featuring a big bed and spa, which were great after a long day.

The hotel lacked basic amenities, such as hand soap, iron and ironing board in the bathroom. there was a lack of information about the local area and the hotel's amenities.

We were impressed with the warm hospitality we received at check-in. The owners took the time to give us a tour of our room and the amenities. The room itself was in great condition, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast provided in the unique Wreck Shed. The motel's location is excellent, nice for a short walk to nearby restaurants and attractions like the beautiful Chinese Gardens. we had a fantastic stay at the Avoca Motel and would highly recommend it.

During our New Year's stay at this motel, we found it to be quite pleasing. the room was spacious and clean, which we really appreciated. the bed was incredibly comfortable as well, and the location was very convenient for exploring the area. we were pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast that was offered to guests each morning.

the bathroom was slightly outdated, which wasn't a huge problem but it definitely could've been improved.
